Repeating Trigger on a Conditional Group

I have a Repeating Trigger on a Conditional group. I noticed that the trigger fires even if the conditional group is inactive.
Is the timer of the repeating trigger invalidated on conditional group inactive ?

This should be resolved in 4.008 alpha (uploading now).
