When the repeat action rate is set below 0.09, the action is performed indefinitely, even after no longer pressing down the key. I'm trying to set up a hyper awsd arrow keys and at that rate value, the arrow movement is significantly slower than the cursor movement with the arrow keys themselves. Is there any way for the rate value to be lower (for instance, same as system repeat rate)?
