Removing BTT menu bar preset can leave behind a huge invisible menu bar item...

Describe the bug

A long, invisible menu-bar item is left behind when attempting to remove a floating menu preset for managing menu-bar items, found here.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: M1 MacBook Air
  • macOS version: 15.1
  • BetterTouchTool version: 4.765 (2024101301)

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

I imported the menu bar preset from here, and removed it after fiddling around a bit.
When removed, a really long invisible menu bar item can be left behind, but I haven't figured out why this happens.
After importing, and removing it two more times, I found that this issue doesn't happen every time; but I was unlucky enough to have it happen 2/3 attempts.

Notes:

I hope this information is helpful, and hope a solution can be found.
The only solution I've found is to quit BTT, because they only show up when BTT is running. But this solution won't work for me.

Keep up the good work, and have a wonderful day!!!

execute the "unhide all menubar status items" action once, then BTT will reset the state of the status items.
