I recently purchased a lifetime license for BetterTouchTool and it is working fine on my Mac. However, I have just realised there is a remote app for iPhone, and I have just downloaded it. Both Mac and iPhone are signed into the same Apple ID and are on the same network. When I open the app on the phone I get a bullet point list of four items. The third item states “ If both this iPhone and your Mac are connected to the same wifi, your Mac show up here, and you can connect to it”.
But it doesn’t show up and I can’t connect. Any ideas anyone?
