I placed an order for BetterTouchTool in late September and submitted a refund request via email. I’ve followed up with three emails, but I have not yet received a response.
Could the official support team kindly assist with this? It’s possible that my emails were missed or filtered into your spam folder.
Sorry, I don't do refunds anymore outside the EU - unless there is a very specific reason (e.g. double purchase). Refunds have been abused too much and every refund costs me money (because I still pay all the payment processing related fees). That's why there is a 45 day trial version.
