Recently BTT has been using a lot of cpu causing computer to oberheat

Describe the bug
BTT will spontaneously use up over 100% of cpu and consume a LOT of battery

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: 15 inch macbook pro with touchbar, 2018
  • macOS version: 10.14.6
  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version - not just "the latest one")

Do you have the experimental Dropbox sync enabled? If so, try to disable that.

Otherwise, do you maybe have some scripts or other things configured in BTT which might cause a lot of CPU usage? Or recursively triggering keyboard shortcuts?
