random blue menu highlights

hi
when using the software it will randomly put a boarder around the floating window menu items. This is usually blue, but it has sometimes been white. This is not configured this way and will stay persistent until you either open a new app on the Mac or close the current apps window.

in this case the menu items is for a pulldown under the notch when just Finder is the active app. it will randomly decide to put this blue box around the trigger button. But it does it with other floating menu items too.

This is a M2 MacBook Air 15". running Sonoma 14.2.1 BetterTouch 4.643
