Quick screen capture and edit sketch a dot

Hello, is there a way to sketch in the quick screen capture using the BTT sketcher. I want to sketch just a dot? it doesn’t look like it exists in the sketching tools! The only way is to use the pen and sketch lines, no dot.

you mean in the macOS "markup editor" that BTT uses?
