After reading the release notes of version 5.444, I have two questions:
1- UI: Improved Action Selector View: What is this change?
2- Trigger macOS Functionality From System Settings => Keyboard => Keyboard Shortcuts: What is the focus drawer trigger?

1.) there have been various internal changes, the most visible is the category headers staying when searching.
2.) drawers don't really exist anymore in modern macOS. This is a drawer:
Only very few apps use them still, basically windows attached to other windows that you can drag out like a drawer
