Pro tools triggers not action

Hello there
This is for magic trackpad 2, Mac Os Mojave.
I'm making some trigger for pro tools 2021.06.0 but not of them works.
As an example:
I made a 3 finger double-tap and Ctrl,Opt,Cmd, W for closing and opening plugins. I made the action in pro tools but nothing happened.
The other one is: Shift, two fingers swipe up, and keyboard shortcut: Ctrl arrow down for increase track view. Non action too.

Mine work pretty well, maybe there is a config in system preferences for your trackpad, check also settings in BTT?
