Possible to have a trigger for when an app on the dock is double-clicked?

I'd like to double-click on an app in the dock and have it jump between monitors. Is there a trigger for double-clicking an app on the dock? if so I can't find it

You can configure a standard double-click and add an advanced trigger condition
