After triggering (touchpad and key short cut) a popup menu appears on the position of the cursor with 3 same entries: the target action. After selecting one of the menu items the right action occurs.
A screenshot is not achievable, the popup vanishes.
I don't know the exact version (it is the new 3), because the Main menu ist frozen too.
I use Mojave 10.14.4, MacbookPro 2017

OK, solved! I had to import the settings after switching to V3. Maybe something went wrong then. Main menu is ok too now.
