I like the existing option with the keyboard setting: [✓] Shortcut is Enabled
as it can be useful to switch off a shortcut without deleting it, in case needed later.

Along the same lines:
Please would you provide an option for a mouse setting: [✓] Shortcut is Enabled

please.
