Pinning windows on top doesn't work with Stage Manager turned on

BTT just kept switching to the entire app group with the pinned window instead of keeping the pinned window on top while I access other apps behind it. It works after I turned off Stage Manager.

I wish it can be like the Keep On Top function with Apple's Quick Notes, which works with Stage Manager.

Im also looking for this functionality. @swswsws did you find a good workout around?

@Andreas_Hegenberg I assume that since stage manager keeps apps in certain stages there is no way around this? Any alternative setups that could work (to minimise other apps when switching apps except float on top apps)

If you change the mode to non-interactive, it will only switch back to the pinned app's stage if you click the floating window:
