First of all, thanks again Andrea for creating such an amazing piece of software. BetterTouchTool makes macOS so much easier to use.
I’d like to revisit a feature request that has come up a few times over the years: native-style Pinch to Zoom on the Magic Mouse. As I understand it, the main reason this wasn’t possible before was that BTT couldn’t generate the same fluid zoom events used on the trackpad.
Now that BTT 6 supports fluid zoom events, I’m using Normal Mouse → Cmd + Scroll → Zoom In/Out (Like Trackpad), and it works perfectly with both normal mice and magic mice. Still I’m missing a true pinch gesture on the Magic Mouse that generates the same native zoom events as the trackpad. It would make zooming in apps like Safari, Preview, Maps, Photos, and many others feel much more natural and intuitive.
Since the underlying zoom functionality now exists in BTT, would it be possible to finally bring this back to the Magic Mouse as well?
Thanks for considering it!
