Payment did not work

Before bug reporting, please make sure you have tried the latest (alpha) version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

hello, I paid for the 10$ service for better touch tool and it didn't show up in my email I believe but in the right email and the purchase did go through

  • macOS version: sonoma
  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version -4.401)

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

according to your screenshot this is a pending charge, so for some reason the order did not go through. Depending on the bank the pending charge will go away after a few days (some banks take longer than others).
