Order of Touch Bar icons

I have a touchbar defined for All Apps, and ordered it as:

  • Weather
  • Volume slide
  • Brightness slider
  • Now Playing Widget
  • Next Events / Reminders Widget
  • App Switcher Widget.

But the order shown on the Touchbar is:

  • Volume slider
  • Brightness slider
  • App Switcher Widget.
  • Weather
  • Now Playing Widget
  • Next Events / Reminders Widget

I can reorder the first two (volume and brightness) - but the weather never moves to the first position.

What am I missing?

make sure each one has the same position (either left, scrollable centre or right) and then make all the order numbers 0. then make sure they are in the correct order in the BTT app
