Opening dmg file protected by password

Hi,

I’ m trying to open a dmg file protected by password with BTT. I’m using the Launch Application /Open File action to open the file and Insert / Type / Paste Custom Text as additional action to enter the password. It does open the file but it won’t enter the password. What am I doing wrong?

Did you select the "type" option instead of paste? (Secure fields can only be typed into)

Yes, I did and it didn’t work either.

Did you add a long enough delay after the launch application / open file action?

Actually, there was no delay. That was the missing thing. I added 1 second delay and now it works perfectly. Thanks Andreas.:+1:
