Pretty much what it says above. Opening the BTT Remote app turns my iOS devices volume down completely every time. I am using the latest version of BTT but I don't think that's relevant because it seems to be a problem wth the actual iOS app and the problem occurs regardless of whether I connect to my MacBook or not. Any advice would be appreciated.
