Odd double action - shortcut executes a BBT action and a MacOS action at the some time

Describe the bug

On a M1 mini with either a studio display or an older apply display and an external corded aluminum apple extended keyboard, upon waking from sleep a BBT keyboard macro to center the screen attached to the F14 function key on an external keyboard will both center the window (as defined in the BBT configuration) and adjust the display brightness at the same time as if the F2 key on the external keyboard is being depressed. The F13 key will move the window to the upper left (as defined in the BBT configuration) as well as adjust the brightness the other way. No where in BBT is there any definition of a shortcut to adjust the brightness of the screen.

Most of the time restarting BBT solves the problem. On about a third of the wakes from sleeps this will occur.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

Currently an apply studio display, external aluminum extended apple keyboard, and external trackpad.

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. (You can just paste or drag them here)

Pretty easy to just image - the BBT shortcut to move the window works and the apple glyph for screen brightness appears at the same time and adjusts the brightness accordingly
