Is there a way to Now playing widget ignore any browser with youtube playing?

I think in Chrome if you go to chrome://flags and disable the "Media Session Service" it will not report the now playing information to the system.

Thanks for your response.
I did this but now the whole function seems messed up : Blank button (instead of Itunes or Spotify), it doesn't start the default player when tapped, and when I close a player the text freezes and doesn't switch on the icon...

Is there something similar for safari? Been reading the forum and didn't find anything updated
