Notes v. Description/Action - Checkbox Issues w. GUI

When you check the box to "Show notes instead of description" it appears to do the opposite - showing the description/action and not the notes. See attached screenshot.

this only affects the top line, but for keyboard shortcuts it's additionally showing the shortcut.
It's more obvious in list view.
