Under "Automations & Named & Other Triggers", a trigger "Shell Script Menu Bar Icon / Item" configured like this:
does not show the notes, but the "Item Name".
Just additional info - checked and the same behavior is for "Custom Menu Bar Icon / Item" and "Apple/Java Script Menu Bar Icon/Item".
