Notch Bar scrolling not working

Hi, I was using the notchbar, when I scrolled up or down I saw how the menu items got smaller or bigger. (everything worked ok)

Suddenly, this functionality stopped working.

I understand that everything is configured correctly... in fact I deleted data in Library folder and reinstalled a few times.

Am I doing something wrong ?
Is this a bug ?

Ok...

I have it working... I dont know if is still a bug or works as designed.

I had to create at least one trigger (button) in order to work (scrolling)
