Notch Bar / Menu Action Bar showing wrong Menu Bar of different application

Note / bug report:
I've noticed that the Notch Bar / Menu Action Bar causes a few issues on my machine, for example:

  1. Adobe Premiere is the active window, but I see the Menu Bar from Chrome and when I hover over each action item, I see the dialog of Adobe Premiere again. This seems to be intermittent, but I've also noticed it with other applications

  2. Sometimes the Notch Bar / Menu Action Bar also hides the macOS Menu Bar and I can't get the it to function normally unless I restart BTT.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

  • Notch Bar / Menu Action Bar

  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.742

  • I'm using an external 4K monitor.
