Noob to BTT: having trouble making my first action: Chrome go to previous tab

HI, all.

Trying to make a preset for Chrome. I'd like make a 2 finger swipe to go the previous tab. I go to Select a predefined action or keyboard shortcut. I type in Control + right arrow but it shows Cmd + right arrow and thus the gesture doesn't work. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks!

Do you maybe have your modifier keys swapped in System Preferences => Keyboard => Modifier Keys? I can't think of any other reason why BTT would recognize cmd as ctrl.
