no offence at all but frequently I find that the BTT UI's columns seem to have a an annoying life of their own in terms of their width 
I find myself spending a decent amount of time resizing the columns so that I can actually see what on earth is going on. Only then to click on a different app or type of trigger, for the columns' widths to go haywire again.
What I would really appreciate is a menu item under View menu, that essentially equalises the width of all the columns. Then I could use BTT itself to bind a keyboard shortcut to run that menu item at will. I think that this would be pretty trivial to implement and far, far easier for you to implement than trying to keep the columns at a reasonable width all the time. I could imagine that the latter would be quite difficult.
If you want to go the extra mile, which I would love obviously, saving the width of the columns would be fantastic along with another view entry for applying your saved widths.

EDIT: What's I really would like is that the columns not change width as I click around the UI actually. I should've just said that up front rather than what I feel would be easiest for you. Sorry about that.
