New configuraiton UI: duplicate button, behaviour

Describe the bug
Minor new UI bugs. You can duplicate the "+" button.
Furthermore, I think the duplicate button looks like a folder... it's a bit misleading.

After a restart, it goes back to normal. Sometimes it pops back to normal by itself.

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
  • macOS version: 10.13.6 (17G65)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.04 (1163)

Additional information (e.g. StackTraces, related issues, screenshots, workarounds, etc.):
I was able to crash BTT once with this, but I don't find the related logs in the Console.app
