Need help creating shortcut to change display preferences

I'm looking for help creating a floating window button that will change my display preferences.

I have 2 monitors.

  • Sometimes I want Monitor 2 to extend Monitor 1.
  • Other times I want Monitor 2 to mirror Monitor 1.

Can someone help me create a floating window button (or 2 if necessary) to go back and forth between these two modes?
