For a few days I’ve been trying to ditch Logi Options+ and just stick to BTT.
I imagine someone has already figured out the exact settings to tweak so that the acceleratiion from the mouse feels similar to the default version.
I’ve placed different configs so that it “feels” the same, but it still feels off or not responsive enough as when Logi+ was installed.
Anyone who has OCD like me and has figured the sweetspot out, feel free to share 
This is my settings. I’m currently satisfied with it, and the mouse works the way I’m used to. Even before this, however, I hadn’t used Options+ for a long time, because it’s an unbelievable piece of bloatware, and I configured the mouse using the BetterMouse utility instead.
For me, the key settings were Ratchet Mode (Auto Disengage 25 and Torque 100), Scroll Distance Per Tick (8 for both horizontal and vertical), and enabling Smooth Scrolling. There I have Duration 0.35, Speed Mult 7, Stop Threshold 0, Input Timeout 0.15, and EMA Alpha 0.3, which I believe are the default values.
