Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I had a setting where I could move the windows under cursor while pressing option.
But this function only works on Safari app. Resizing the window works real good.
Also, after activating safari windows and move to another windows, then the window moving function works well. But it disables again right after that.
