Mouse Receiver Reinitialization After KVM Reconnect

Note:
Before bug reporting, please make sure you have tried the latest (alpha) version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app's "Crash Reports" section.

Describe the bug
BTT appears to skip receiver reinitialization after KVM reconnect.

When I switch away from the machine in question, BTT removes the MX Master 4 and cleans up the receiver devices. After switching back, it accepts the reconnected receiver’s HID++ interface, but immediately logs “Receiver already set up this wake cycle, skipping duplicate setup.”

The subsequent scan finds no Logitech HID++ devices, discovery times out, and MX Master 4 setup is queued indefinitely in this excerpt.

Could the receiver’s duplicate-setup/wake-cycle guard remain set after disconnect, preventing slot enumeration on reconnect?

Restarting BTT restores functionality without any USB reconnection.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.): Logitech MX Master 4

ah I think the logs show what is causing this, can you check whether 6.991 resolves this issue?
