I have a logitech G604 and the side mouse buttons do not register on BTT at all. The guide to fix this issue is out of date as it only works with older versions of mac on logitech options. (No longer supported) How do you fix this issue on logitech g-hub?? Is there any chance you could update the help section on BTT to ensure future users don't have to seek out the forum?
