When I set up two-finger swipe up on my Magic Mouse for activating the Mission Control (or anything else), it also scrolls up on the active application (for example it scrolls up on the opened website when I use this action).
It is the same thing with other swipes or on a trackpad I guess but I think you know what I mean.
It is a small thing, but in my opinion it would make the app more versatile.
