There is inconsistent behavior between: "Show if NO modified key is pressed OR if NONE of these are presses" and "Only show while all these modifier keys are pressed".
In the first case, but button will disappear from the lineup of buttons when I press a modifier key. In the second case, when I press a modifier key, all my buttons disappear and are replaced by this single button.
How can I make it so that when I press the modifier key, the button is added to the lineup?
