Missing Window Snapping and Moving in 4.173

I'm running 4.173 just installed a few days ago, and I can't find the "Window Snapping and Moving" section that's described in the on-line documentation. Do I have to enable this somewhere?

M1 Mac book Air and Pro, both patched with the latest OS patches.

Never mind... Looked under Keyboard... Mine isn't pre-populated...
