HI,
Is it possible to hold for a short duration the left mouse button (no modifiers) on the Mighty Mouse to activate Control+Return (Contextual Menu)? I can't figure out if it is possible. Any suggestions would be incredibly appreciated.

are you sure you still have a mighty mouse? not magic mouse?
Correct, my arthritis prevents me from using the Magic Mouse. In fact, I purchased 10 of them before they were discontinued so I'd always have a working one.
the question then is, how would you like to trigger the long hold exactly? BTT can probably do it, but I think you need to be more specific about how exactly you want it to happen.
I apologize for not being clear. I want to be able to hold for like 2 seconds on the left mouse button and have that trigger the keyboard shortcut Control+Return, which will bring up the Contextual Menu. My right mouse button is configured for something else, hence why I need to configure this ability. Thanks!
in the first screenshot you need to check the „allow binding to left-click without modifier key“ option

One follow-up question. The Contextual Menu does not appear under the cursor, it seems to appear in random spots within the window/aera I've clicked. Is it possible to make it appear under the cursor like it would under a normal secondary click/control+click would? Thank you!
I might not understand correctly, but you could assign the right-click action - then the standard context menu will appear.
I also just noticed another behavior. I was just too excited LOL and didn't notice this at first. The Contextual Menu also only appears after I've released the mouse. Is it possible for it to trigger the action while the mouse is still being held down instead of when I release the mouse? Thank you!
I've assigned the Action of control+return which is the keyboard shortcut for the Contextual Menu, but you're suggesting using the actual normal mouse trigger for Contextual Menus instead? Is that correct? How do I define that? Is there a way to have an Action that performs a secondary click/control+click action? I can't figure that out if so. Thank you so much!

Now, while holding my primary Mighty Mouse button down the Contextual Menu appears under the cursor before releasing the button.

No, I have not. The Mighty Mouse is not really ergonomic I would agree, but I think it's the contortion of my hand is what affects me the most on other mice and since my hand slightly trembles I can't use the Magic Mouse because I get constant mis-gestures activating. That Logitech mouse looks awesome, but I really love the tiny ball in the Might Mouse. Does the MXM4's wheel move side-to-side for horizontal movement? I think I may try that exact model. I have Prime so I can have it here by tomorrow.
unfortunately it has two separate wheels for vertical and horizontal scrolling - that is definitely quite different and possibly worse than on the mighty mouse. However I still prefer these Logitech mice to any other
