MIDI shortcut issues with multiple actions per shortcut

Midi triggers, somewhere after version 4.389 shortcuts with multiple actions on the same shortcut stopped working. The first action in the series works, but it does not execute any other action after the first line.

At home, I have been having this problem since many weeks ago. I thought it could be something on my personal computer. But I tried in my office. Here at my office, I had version 4.389 and using a midi twister, my actions were working correctly, but to test my hypothesis, I updated BTT, and now it is not working.
