MIDI expression Pedal to scroll up and down and left and write

Hi,

( I have a Yamaha MFC-10 which has an expression pedal along with 10 MIDI footswitches).I'd like to use Midi triggers to mimic left, right and double click on my Midi foot controller. I would like to program BetterTouchTool so what

  1. when I press on my MIDI expression pedal UP it acts as a mouse wheel and moves up
  2. when I press on my MIDI expression pedal Down it acts as a mouse wheel and moves Down

moreover if possible:

  1. when I press hold Shift on my keyboard and move UP my MIDI expression pedal acts as a mouse wheel and scrolls to the left
  2. when I press hold Shift on my keyboard and move DOWN my MIDI expression pedal acts as a mouse wheel and scrolls to the left

If I could do this via MIDI controller solely, it could be awesome as I have to work with mouse constantly for my job and my arm and fingers are so sore.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
