When I try to change the size of a menu, it will only change to make it bigger but not to make it smaller. The preview shows the change applied but not the real menu. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
if you change the minimum width or minimum height, it will not necessarily update as this doesn't invalidate the current width/height. However it should then allow you to drag / resize it manually to your new minimum size

I was trying to drag it but I didn't know why I was able yesterday but not today. It turns out it had something to do with having both a mouse and a magic trackpad connected. After connecting and reconnecting the trackpad, it's now allowing me.
I think it will be useful to have fields to set the desired fixed size directly by numbers without having to drag manually.
