When I have the Notch Bar turned on, the menu bar on the second display goes blank (no menu items). However, when I scroll the bar with two fingers, the notch bar buttons do appear. Scrolling back returns the menu back to blank. Turning on or off "Turn Background Image for Notchbar" makes no difference. Happens across all apps. The menu bar on the primary display (laptop screen) works normally.
