I have a large monitor, I currently have floating windows just above active window to trigger Menu bar in context window.. However I do not like the context window laid out that way. Can't we have each menu bar item (Apple, File, Edit, View... etc.) individually laid out horizontally to mimic the mac menu bar as close as possible?
I think I don't fully understand what you are trying, could you post some screenshots?
attached. Instead of a single button activating the built in contextual menu, I'd like it to have 10 or so buttons horizontally so that each floating button represents: Apple, File, Edit, View, etc, etc.

It can be done but is a bit more complex. I might add a menubar widget for floating menus soon.
