Maximize window to left doesn't work well with iTerm

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

If you activate Maximize Window Left in iTerm app. And then have some app (like VS Code or Safari on the right side with Maximize Window Right), there will always be empty space left due to iTerm not taking left side properly. Every other app works well. iTerm works well on right side too but not left side.

Is it possible to please fix this?

I just tested a macro with Keyboard Maestro to do the same action and it works:

However I wish to use just those two hotkeys in BTT for moving my windows. I hope it is possible to make the Maximize Window Left action work well with iTerm.

I don't know how Keyboard Maestro does it, but you should be able to solve this issue by activating the option in iTerm 2:
