Maximize Window doesn't work in Parallels Windows 10

I've run into a problem with a custom Touch Bar button that works in MacOS but not when using Parallels and Windows 10. The maximize window button does nothing in Parallels and Windows 10.

My Mac is running macOS 10.13.6
Parallels is 13.3.2
Windows 10

That's expected. You would need to look up the correct windows shortcuts to maximize Windows apps and then assign them to Touch Bar buttons.

Apparently it is Windows key + Up arrow.
