Mapping 3 finger swipe to Shift + Scroll

So I use Blender and I want to map 3 finger swipe (any direction) to Shift + 2 finger swipe (or Shift + middle mouse button drag without Trackpad.)

Is that possible?

I'd also like to do this as I've realized swiping is an altogether different type of control than scrolling. I would like to use "3-finger scrolling" to emulate [opt+mousewheel] in another program. Did you ever figure out if this is possible?
