Actions within my Action column are not visible / not selectable / not changeable

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
  • macOS version: macOS 12.7.6 (21H1320)
  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version - not just "the latest one")
    • 6.147
    • (this started happening when I upgraded from either 5.34 or 5.736 to a 6.0+ version. I think. Maybe 6.010?? It’s hard to tell because I have auto-update on & i didn’t report this when I first noticed it)

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

It doesn’t matter what UI settings I have selected (outline list view or extra columns). It’s not just the Music app. It’s not just trackpad settings (attached another screenshot for Brave Browser normal mouse settings)

i HAVE previously tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling. sorry if that screws things up for debugging :sweat_smile:

something in this version broke it

i’m going back to version 6.062 for now until this is fixed

edit: again i’m on macOS 12.7.6 Monterrey just fyi

edit 2: reading through the forums, it seems there have been a lot of fixes for Logitech mice since 6.062, so I don’t know what version to use now :sweat_smile: :sweat_smile: :sweat_smile: . If I upgrade, I can’t make changes to actions unless I completely re-create all those triggers anew :sweat_smile:

Thanks a lot I was hunting this issue for a while but the only other user that encountered it was super angry and didn't want to provide debug details. With your detailed analysis I immediately figured out what's wrong. Will be fixed with the next alpha!
