Making keyboard shortcut to move cursor to next paragraph on Mac

I'm on a Mac (using Big Sur) and am wondering if there's a way to add a keyboard shortcut to the next paragraph. Supposedly option + up/down arrow works, but in some apps, this doesn't work as intended (in particular, I want it to work for texstudio).

I'm wondering if there's a way to make a shortcut using BetterTouchTool that will work for texstudio

Think you can go into texstudio config, check show advanced options and click on shortcuts. Think you can change shortcut there.
