Magic mouse touch function is disabled after it wakes up from power save mode

Describe the bug

  • I have a single trigger for my magic mouse (1 finger tap right).
  • Normally, the trigger, and all other touch functionality (scroll, double-tap to zoom, etc.) work as expected.
  • If the mouse is not used for a period of time, it goes to power save mode. As expected, it wakes up when I click once.
  • After waking up, touch functionality is disabled, although clicking still works.
  • Touch functionality comes back when I turn the magic mouse off and on again.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
