I was playing around with BTT in the last days and also did the update to the last stable version.
I came around that I cannot close apps in the dock with right click and then left click "close". Now it has to be a right click in the right click menu! 
When closing BTT it works as normal. But I don't know where to stop that behaviour.
Can anyone help?
that's weird (seems to work fine here). Which version of BTT are you on exactly? Is there maybe another update available? (one of the previous ones was potentially influencing some Dock behavior, but that should be resolved already)

thank you for your answer. I'm using v3.838 (1985).
Meanwhile I have been able to isolate the problem. If you deactivate Window-Snapping in BTT the mouse works normally. When activated I need two tries with right-left mouse-clicks.
But when running the app "Rectangle" and activating "Windows-Snapping" it's completely impossible to use the mouse as intended.
Absolutely strange!
