Just having a small problem with not being able to use this feature that used to work on my last macbook when I upgraded. I was wondering if it had something to do with migration or the new software update or just the new laptop?
Now it only detects me just regularly right clicking. And yes I apply more force on my left finger when 2 finger clicking
you need to disable the system default rightclick in system settings -> trackpad for this to work. Maybe that's causing the issue

However I do understand the secondary click is enabled. And the last macbook I had worked with the same settings as this. Maybe there is a way for BTT to use the middle click action when pressing the left finger harder before the secondary click?
no, you need to disable „click with two fingers“ in system settings and instead configure it in BTT. Maybe you had done this on your old system?
